The Hudson County Prpsecutor’s Office tweeted this morning that its Homicide Unit and the Jersey City Police Department are investigating a night shooting in Jersey City which left one dead and another injured.
The shooting took place just after 11 pm on Wilkinson Avenue near MLK Drive. A 21-year old man was killed and a 22-year old man was injured. The Daily Voice is reporting that one of the victims suffered a gunshot wound to the arm, while the other was shot in the chest.
Daily Voice is also saying sources said law enforcement was searching for a blue sedan in connection to the shooting.
