Jersey City police are investigating a shooting last night shortly before 10 o’clock on Dales Avenue. According to spokesperson Kimberly Wallace-Scalcione, upon arriving at the scene, Jersey City Police found a male with a gunshot wound to his lower back.
The identity of the victim, who was transported to a local hospital, has not been provided at this time. He is listed in stable condition.
A vehicle believed to be involved in the incident has been recovered by the Jersey City Police Department. Police are asking anyone who may have information to contact them at 855-JCP-TIPS.
