Jersey City Mayor Steven Fulop will present his tenth State of the City Address on Tuesday, March 28. The speech will be given in front of City Council members, Jersey City residents, community leaders, and other stakeholders.
For the first time, the event will take place inside the new Public Safety Headquarters located within the City Hall Annex, 358 Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard in Ward F.
