Missing Gloves Campaign Looks To Double Efforts For Homeless & Those In Need

A few months ago we interviewed Zoraida Espinosa about her Missing Gloves Campaign in Hudson County.  Begun in 2017, the campaign has been raising awareness for the homeless by photographing lost, discarded or missing gloves using the hashtag #giveglove.

The goal…match the photos with brand new gloves that are donated to the homeless throughout Hudson County and the surrounding region.

According to Espinosa, she is stepping up her efforts this holiday season.  “Missing Gloves Campaign wants to thank you this holiday season for all of your continued support throughout this year of 2020.  We would love to end our year by donating warm winter essentials to our homeless neighbors. Our goal this year is to warm double the amount of people’s hands than we did last year. We would like to warm the hands and feet of 1000 people and we can’t meet that goal without your support. Therefore, we are hosting a Virtual Glove Drive and are looking for your support in order to meet our yearly goal as Missing Gloves Campaign and as a Community. Please take a moment to see how you can be a part of this great work and visit our website.”

Thank you in advance for your continued support. May you and your family have a wonderful holiday season, with lots of Love, Peace and Happiness.”
