More COVID Testing Available in Hoboken

Update on COVID-19 testing with Riverside and Prompt MD

Testing with Riverside Medical Group

Riverside Medical Group, in partnership with the City of Hoboken, is continuing COVID-19 testing under the 14^th Street Viaduct for October 26 through October 31. Appointments are now available for Hoboken residents on a first-come, first-serve basis at http://www.hobokennj.gov/riverside. Government identification or proof of address, along with insurance information should be provided when signing up for a test. Riverside is offering both rapid, 15-minute COVID-19 tests as well as PCR testing. Proof of address is also required at the testing site.

Hoboken residents who are Riverside Medical Group patients should call their Riverside primary care office to schedule a COVID-19 test and should not use the online sign-up form.

Testing with Prompt MD

Hoboken residents and Hoboken business employees can sign up for COVID-19 testing with Prompt MD at 605 Jackson Street at http://www.hobokennj.gov/promptmd for Monday, October 26 (8 am – 3 pm) with insurance information and government identification. Prompt MD is currently utilizing PCR testing.

Employees of Hoboken businesses should bring proof of employment at the time of testing, and Hoboken residents should bring proof of address.

Given the high demand for testing at the Riverside site and to maximize appointments at both testing sites, employees of Hoboken businesses (non-Hoboken residents) are asked to book COVID-19 tests through the City’s partnership with Prompt MD.

The City will pay for the cost of a test of any Hoboken resident or Hoboken business employee without insurance at the two testing sites.
