According to North Bergen Police Lt. Nicholas Galliano, an active investigation is currently underway by the Department and details are limited at the present time.
What is known is that the accident took place at approximately 5 am at 1008 Tonnelle Avenue. The identity of the deceased motorcyclist is Roger Oliveira of Cliffside Park. Lt. Galliano told Hudson TV he could not confirm any further details as the investigation was underway, but at this time no summonses have been issued.
