El sitio de vacunación de Newark de la FEMA en el NJIT aceptará ciertos códigos postales del condado de Hudson

Vaccination Site Update –  Special Newark Location – Open to Certain Hudson County Zip Codes

Hudson County Zip codes have been included in the FEMA Vaccination Site being set up at the NJIT Athletic Center in Newark.  The Community Vaccination Center (CVC) will be opening this week on the NJIT campus. This will be a Closed Point of Distribution (POD), only available to pre-identified, Hudson County residents in zip codes in Essex, Union, Passaic, and Hudson counties.

The Hudson Zip codes which will be accepting residents are:

• Bayonne 07002
• Harrison 07029
• Bergen del Norte 07047
• Nueva York Occidental, incluido Guttenberg 07093
• y las siguientes en Jersey City 07302, 07304, 07305, 07306, 07307, 07310 y 07311

The soft openings will be today, Monday, March 29 and Tuesday, March 30 with the full opening on Wednesday, March 31.

The Newark vaccination site at the NJIT Naimoli Family Athletic & Recreational Facility, located at the corner of Lock and Bleeker Streets, will be operating 7 days per week from 8 a.m. until 8 p.m. for eight weeks, with the goal of administering 6,000 doses per day.

Free parking is available in the parking deck at the corner of New and Nuttman Streets.
