North Bergen High School Graduates Nearly 600 Seniors

Despite entering high school during the pandemic their freshman year, nearly 600 North Bergen High School seniors overcame all of the COVID obstacles to receive their diplomas during Wednesday’s graduation ceremony at Bruins Stadium.

80-percent of the class will be going onto college. Valedictorian Olha Buhlak, who came to North Bergen from her native Ukraine during her freshman year, has received a full scholarship from Johns Hopkins, where she will study biomedical engineering and applied mathematics.  Salutatorian Victoria Spignolio is heading to Boston University to study psychology.

Congratulations go out to each of the 2023 graduates for achieving a well deserved accomplishment during difficult times.  May they each achieve their goals in whatever they choose to do in their lives.
