On a beautiful, Wednesday fall afternoon, youngsters enrolled in the North Bergen Pre-K program went pumpkin picking in Braddock Park.
The fun activity, held with parents in attendance, allowed the 4-year olds to take a pumpkin home after they learned a bit about the pumpkins in their classroom.
There are more than 200 4-year olds in the District’s Pre-K program.
