Union City, NJ -Senator Brian P. Stack held the opening of his legislative campaign office in Union City on February 6th, 2023. The office, located at 3800 Palisade Ave, Union City, NJ 07087, was opened to the public and had a large crowd in attendance. The event was attended by prominent figures such as Hudson County Commissioner Anthony Vainieri, Weehawken Mayor Richard Turner, and Craig Guy, who is running for Hudson County Executive.
Senator Stack has a long history of public service, having served as the State Senator for the 33rd Legislative District since 2007 and previously held a seat in the State Assembly. He is also the Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee and serves as Mayor of Union City.
Joining Senator Stack at the event were his Assembly running mates Gabriel Rodriguez, Mayor of West New York, and Julio Marenco, North Bergen Commissioner. Mayor Rodriguez is in his first term and has previously served as Field Representative and Campaign Director for Congressman Albio Sires and works as an Accounts Manager for the West New York Board of Education. Commissioner Marenco is a U.S. Navy veteran, attorney, and adjunct professor and associate board member of the New Jersey State Parole Board.
During the opening, Senator Stack gave a speech to the crowd, highlighting the importance of unity and working together to achieve their goals. He emphasized the two-pronged election, in which they need to help their friend Albio Sires get elected in West New York. Senator Stack also welcomed the attendance of representatives from North Bergen, West New York, Guttenberg, Secaucus, Weehawken, and Union City, among others.
The senator also announced that a training seminar would be held the next day to refresh everyone on door-to-door campaigns and petition signatures. He emphasized the importance of working hard and not taking anything for granted, and stressed the importance of starting every election with zero votes and working hard for every single vote after that.
In his speech, Senator Stack expressed his gratitude to the supporters who have been with him throughout his many years of public service and emphasized that he is always available to work on the problems of the community.
