Piece of Hoboken's Middle School Facade Falls To Ground

Photo Credit:  Google Images                                                                                                                                                                                                                     No injuries were reported on Saturday when a piece of exterior concrete broke off of Hoboken’s Middle School and fell to the ground.  Workers are at the school today doing assessments, while a section of Fourth Street was temporarily closed as students arrived for the school day.

The section of concrete was decorative and has not affected the structural integrity of the building, which is more than 100 years old.

The repairs should be done over the upcoming President’s Day holiday weekend.
