It’s been more than three years since Hoboken first began the process of exploring the design of a new, city recreation center. Hoboken Councilman Ruben Ramos, Jr. says it’s time to stop contemplating, and time to start acting because the Multi-Service Center has outlived its usefulness. The Councilman would like to see the new building constructed on the current site of the Multi-Service Center.
He spoke with Hudson TV reporter Jeff Henig about a resolution he intends to introduce to get the process moving.
Councilman Ramos intends to introduce the resolution at the next Hoboken Council meeting.
