Response Rate For 2020 Census: 8th Congressional District Lags Behind Rest Of NJ

The latest response rate for the 2020 Census in the 8th Congressional District is lower than the rest of New Jersey.  That’s the word from Congressman Albio Sires who tweeted the information earlier this afternoon.

Sires is encouraging all residents to do their part and fill out their census so the district does not lose out on vital funding.  An accurate census count means more federal monies for important municipal and state programs, including those for first responders and healthcare workers.

The Congressman says if you have yet to fill out your census, just go on line to  The census can also be filled out through the mail, or by  calling 1 (844) 330-2020.
