Ridgefield Residents Dispose of Prescription Drugs To the Delight of Local Police

The Ridgefield Police Department removed has 33.6 pounds of prescription medications from its Prescription Drop Box, located at 604 Broad Avenue.

The Department issued a statement, saying “That is 33.6lbs of prescription drugs that will not get into the wrong hands.”

the Department reminds residents if you have medications you want to dispose of, call them at the Police Department so they can arrange to have an officer assist you.  The Ridgefield Police can be reached at 201-943-5210.
