The 10th annual Secaucus Green Festival returned on Saturday, September 18 after a year postponement due to the pandemic. The free event, sponsored by the town, XChange, SUEZ and the Hackensack Riverkeeper, aims to inform the public of the importance of preserving our environment. There were all sorts of vendors, food trucks, guest speakers and displays from environmental groups.
In addition, there was a petting zoo for the kids, rides, music and free tours of the Hackensack River by the Hackensack Riverkeeper. The event ran from 11 am until 4 pm.
