On 07/14/2020 at 6:49 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Red Roof Inn located at 15 Meadowland Parkway on a report of a male who was naked and masturbating in plain sight. During the investigation, the police arrested a 35 year old male, Bayle Ndiaye of the Bronx, NY for Lewdness [2C:14-4B(1)].
Mr. Ndiaye was issued his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
