Resilient Northeastern New Jersey to Host Second Set of Community Meetings on Flood Risks and Resilience Strategies for Regional Action Plan 

The Resilient Northeastern New Jersey initiative will host its second set of virtual community meetings on July 28 to share new flooding data and gather community feedback and perspectives on flood priorities and resilience tools, such as physical improvements or policy changes. Community input will guide development of flood risk reduction strategies that improve long-term environmental and economic resilience and community well-being in Jersey City, Newark, Hoboken, and Bayonne.

What: A virtual community meeting to discuss resilience strategies in northeastern New Jersey. Residents will have the opportunity to join breakout rooms to discuss flood maps and resilience tools with neighbors and technical experts.
