The Union city Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing, thirteen year old girl. Jeila “Jayla” Cintron was last seen in Union City on Wednesday, November 10.
The UCPD tweeted on Thursday that she may be with another juvenile female, with a possible destination of Jersey City or the Bronx.
