Hudson TV has learned that 24-year old, Prayie A. Carbone of Union City, has been arrested on four counts of aggravated sexual assault of a five-year old girl. The alleged crimes took place on February 12 in Union City. Carbone also faces charges for endangering the welfare of a child and impairing or debauching the morals of a child under the age of 18. Each count is a crime of the first or third degree.
Carbone was arrested on February 14 after police conducted an interview. During the interview it was learned that Carbone told his female victim not to tell anyone what he had done. The little girl told her mother and police were called.
