Earlier this week, the City of Union City held a swearing in ceremony for nine, new police officers. The new recruits graduated from the Hudson County Police Academy following many weeks of training.
The Police Department, in an Instagram post, stated, “Congratulations to our newest Union City Police Officers upon their graduation from the Hudson County Police Academy. These nine officers are now prepared to serve the City of Union City with dedication and professionalism. We extend our sincere appreciation to Mayor Brian P. Stack and the Board of Commissioners for their continued support.”
The officers will hit the streets immediately.
