. The USMS is offering up to $5,000 for information leading the arrest of Luis Martin, a 57-year old, Hispanic male. Marin is 5′ 4″ tall, with gray hair, brown eyes, weighing 160 pounds.
He was last seen on March 23, 2026. He is considered armed and dangerous and wanted for first degree murder and weapons offenses.
