As of 4 o’clock, the Hudson County Administration Building at 595 Newark Avenue in Jersey City has reopened.
After a thorough search of the building, the Hudson County Sheriff’s Department S.W.A.T. and K-9 units determined that a report of an armed suspect were unfounded.
