Weehawken Children Go Trick Or Treating On Waterfront

It was a beautiful Saturday afternoon along the Weehawken waterfront; the perfect time for township children to go trick or treating.  And that’s exactly what they did.

Several hundred kids and their families came out for the township’s annual, Halloween event, an activity which has been going on for quite some time.

All of the township’s various departments were on hand to hand our candy to the children.

There were also some bouncy houses on the athletic field for the kids to enjoy.

All in all, it was a wonderful afternoon to get in that “spooky spirit” of the holiday.
