West New York Man Charged for Allegedly Throwing Bodily Fluids at Cops in Secaucus While Being Arrested

The police arrested a 41 year old male, Julio Pineda of West New York, NJ for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(1)], Obstructing the Administration of Law [2C:29-1A], Aggravated Assault on Law Enforcement [2C:12-1B(1)], three (3) counts of Terroristic Threats [2C:12-3A], Throwing Bodily Fluids at Law Enforcement [2C:12-13] and Committing an Unlawful Act During Threat of Emergency [A:9-49A]. 

Mr. Pineda was served his complaint warrant along with 2 motor vehicle summonses and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

  1. He needs to be in jail for a while, with this virus going around there’s no telling what this imbecile had or what he was carrying, he could have aids or the coronavirus so the Secaucus police did the right thing, he’s not to bright.
