The West New York Police Department welcomed two, new, SLEO ll officers during a ceremony held in Secaucus on Tuesday.
Joining the Department following their graduation from the Hudson County Public Safety Training Center 22 week program are West New York residents Bradley Manso and Inolis Santana-Reyes.
The new officers are not replacing retirees. They will be assigned to walking street patrols and assisting at food drives to begin their careers.
West New York Mayor Albio Sires, the Board of Commissioners and Public Safety Director Henry Codina stated, “We wish SPO Manso and SPO Santana-Reyes the very best as they begin their law enforcement careers and proudly welcome them as the newest members of the West New York Police Department. We look forward to watching them grow and serve with honor and professionalism.”
