WNY Residents Register For Adult ESL Classes

English as a Second Language classes for adults are currently underway at the West New York Public Library.  Unlike in past years, the instructors are accredited.  Commissioner Marielka Diaz explains how you can register.

Class sizes average around twenty and are held several evenings per week.
