127 people, 319 charges: Hudson County's Sep. 14–20 file at the Prosecutor's Office

The Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office complaint export for the week of Sep. 14–20, 2026 lists 137 complaints against 127 people, totaling 319 charge lines, across all Hudson municipalities. The records, obtained under OPRA, are accusations, not findings of guilt.

Most of those complaints — 107 — are still marked SCREENING, meaning prosecutors have not finished charging review. 24 are marked CLOSED at the initial stage; 4 are marked DOMESTIC VIOLENCE; 2 are marked INVESTIGATION. Closed in this file is not a verdict. Some matters may have been downgraded or sent to municipal court.

This week’s county-wide file includes sexual-offense and child-endangerment complaints, weapons and drug counts, domestic-violence strangulation charges, robberies, and multiple alleged assaults on law-enforcement officers. No homicide or murder charges appear in this week’s export.

Sexual-offense complaints

Danilo B. Suarez Reinel, 39, of Harrison, was arrested Sep. 18, 2026, at about 7:03 a.m. at 123 N 3rd Street in Harrison by the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit and Harrison police, according to an HCPO arrest report produced with this OPRA response. The arrest report charges him with aggravated criminal sexual contact (N.J.S.A. 2C:14-3A), endangering the welfare of a child — sexual conduct with a child (N.J.S.A. 2C:24-4A(1)), and aggravated assault by strangulation of a domestic-violence victim (N.J.S.A. 2C:12-1B(13)). The alleged offense date listed on the report is Oct. 15, 2023, in Harrison. He was processed in Secaucus and taken to the Hudson County Correctional Center pending a first appearance. The Excel complaint list shows the sexual-contact and endangering counts on warrant complaint W-2026-000298-0904 (Harrison); the strangulation count appears on the arrest report (separate warrant) but not as its own Excel complaint row in this export. Screening.

Adolfo L. Calderon (Weehawken) is charged with two counts of criminal sexual contact (N.J.S.A. 2C:14-3B). Status: SCREENING.

Clarence K. Ogarro (Kearny) is charged with criminal sexual contact (N.J.S.A. 2C:14-3B). Status: SCREENING.

Kevin B. Quinteros (Hoboken) is charged with five counts of criminal sexual contact (N.J.S.A. 2C:14-3B). Status: SCREENING.

Thomas Steed (Hoboken) is charged with lewdness — observed by others (N.J.S.A. 2C:14-4A). Status: SCREENING.

Traci R. Fairfax (Jersey City) is charged with criminal sexual contact (N.J.S.A. 2C:14-3B). Status: SCREENING.

Badalkuma A. Patel (Weehawken) is charged with endangering — abuse/neglect of a child (N.J.S.A. 2C:24-4A(2)). Status: SCREENING.

Candice L. Daniel (Jersey City) is charged with two counts of endangering — abuse/neglect of a child (N.J.S.A. 2C:24-4A(2)). Status: INVESTIGATION.

Nour B. Alabsi (Secaucus) is charged with endangering — abuse/neglect of a child (N.J.S.A. 2C:24-4A(2)). Status: SCREENING.

Peter McGill Jr. (Jersey City) is charged with endangering — abuse/neglect of a child (N.J.S.A. 2C:24-4A(2)). Status: SCREENING.

Alex J. Betanco (West New York) is charged with unlawful possession of other weapons (N.J.S.A. 2C:39-5D). Status: SCREENING.

Amir M. Wiley (Harrison) is charged with possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose — imitation firearm (N.J.S.A. 2C:39-4E). Status: SCREENING.

David Scobar (Kearny) is charged with unlawful possession of other weapons and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose — other weapon (N.J.S.A. 2C:39-5D; 2C:39-4D). Status: SCREENING.

Erick R. Alonsopratt (West New York) is charged with two counts each of unlawful possession of other weapons and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose — other weapon. Status: SCREENING.

Fanny L. Camacho-Vidal (Union City) is charged with possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose — other weapon (N.J.S.A. 2C:39-4D). Status: SCREENING.

Paris Robinson (Jersey City) is charged with prohibited weapons/devices — hollow nose/dum-dum; possession of a firearm for an unlawful purpose; and possession of a firearm while committing a CDS/bias crime (N.J.S.A. 2C:39-3F(1); 2C:39-4A(1); 2C:39-4.1A). Status: SCREENING.

Rita Savigne-Cabrera (West New York) is charged with unlawful possession of other weapons and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose — other weapon. Status: SCREENING.

Domestic-violence strangulation charges

The Excel complaint export is a complaint list, not an arrest log. It does not include a dedicated arrest-date column or an explicit arrest flag. Complaint numbers prefixed W- indicate warrant-type complaints (86 this week) and S- indicate summons-type (51); those prefixes alone do not confirm a custodial arrest occurred during the week.

The OPRA batch includes one HCPO Arrest Report: Danilo B. Suarez Reinel, age 39, arrested Sep. 18, 2026, in Harrison (details above). No other arrest reports were included in this week’s annex. Hudson TV is not inventing a county-wide “arrested” total from this batch.
