According to Bayonne Police Captain Eric Amato, a 15-year old male juvenile and a 14- year old male juvenile were taken into custody at 3:13 am on Thursday after being found to be in possession of a vehicle that had been reported stolen out of Bayonne shortly prior to the recovery.
The vehicle and the two juveniles were located in the area of New Heckman Street in Jersey City, where they were taken into custody. While processing the 14-year old, he provided a false name and was additionally charged with hindering his own apprehension.
Both boys were charged with receiving stolen property.
