During Tuesday night’s Secaucus Town Council meeting, six new police officers were sworn into the department. The swearing in was first reported by patch.com.
The six officers, all male, will be paid base salaries of about $35,000 annually.
The hires are part of Mayor Michael Gonnelli’s commitment to replace officers who have retired.
