The Union City Police is seeking the public’s help to locate a 72-year-old woman who suffers from schizophrenia hypertension, esophagitis and has bipolar disorder.
According to City officials her name is Lois Garbutt, who was last seen on April 8th by her building superintendent at 303 – 4th Street. She was reported missing by her social worker.
Ms. Garbutt is 4’8” and 120 lbs. She has green eyes, light skin and grey hair.
There was no clothing description given and she may have gone to a shelter in New York City but it is unknown.
