U.S. Senator Menendez, WBA Boxing Champion Ugas, Latin Grammy Artist Romero, Univision's Don Francisco Among Those at Hispanic Heritage Celebration in Union City.

On Sunday afternoon, Union City held its 11th annual ‘Hispanic Heritage’ celebration, on the roof of Union City High School. United States Senator of New jersey, Bob Melendez spoke to the many residents in attendance. Guests of the event included Latin Grammy award winning artist Yotuel Romero, and the man who just defeated Manny Pacquiao, WBA Welterweight Boxing Champion Yordenis Ugas. Live musical performances from local talent, were enjoyed by the residents, as loud cheers flooded the football field. Legendary Chilean host for Univision Network, Don Francisco presented a virtual message for all in attendance. Overall, it was an event filled with diversity, as Hudson County is certainly not a shy place, when it comes to showing pride for their respective native countries..
