West New York Mayor Gabriel Rodriguez, Commissioner Cosmo A. Cirillo and the Division of Recreation have announced that registrations for the town’s 2022 Babe Ruth Baseball Program are now being accepted.
The free baseball program is open to all West New York residents between the ages of 13 and 19. Players cannot turn 20 during season in order to be eligible.
Original birth certificates or a valid United States passport and two, recently mailed proofs of WNY address are required in order to register. Junk mail will not be accepted as proof of residency. Please register as soon as possible at Town Hall, located at 428 60th Street, in Suite 7, Monday through Friday, between 9 am and 5 pm.
