Preliminary Applications Available For 5 New Affordable Housing Units in Hoboken

Photo Credits:  Jerseydigs.com                                                                                                                                                                                                      Preliminary applications for five, new affordable housing units in the newly developed Hoboken Glass House at 401 Jackson Street are available for low to moderate income residents. The units are part of the City’s affordable housing stock, made possible through an ordinance which requires a 10 percent set aside of affordable housing units in certain new developments.

Residents must submit a preliminary application at www.affordablehomesnewjersey.com to join the Hoboken Rental Waiting List by April 4 to be included in the random lottery number drawing to determine waiting list priority order.

Units are expected to become available in the Spring of 2022.
