With the anticipation of graduation on their minds, Union City High School’s Class of 2026 had one final memory to make on Tuesday evening, as the Senior Sunset was held in Roosevelt Stadium.
The evening featured all sorts of activities for the graduating seniors, including an enormous bouncy house, a volleyball game, some mini-basketball hoops, having fun kicking around soccer balls, and the night’s highlight…a dunk tank!!!
It was a great way for the students to have one, lasting memory of their past four years as Soaring Eagle students prior to their graduation ceremony on Wednesday night in the school’s gymnasium.
This was the first time Senior Sunset was held, so consider it a dry run for future graduating classes to build upon an improve. But all in all, everybody had fun and was looking forward to receiving their diplomas.
