The Bayonne Community Museum, located at 229 Broadway, will be used as a coronavirus testing site through next month. The City and Assemblyman Nicholas Chiaravalloti (D – District 31) made the announcement in a joint statement released on Sunday.
The latest figures provided by the Bayonne Office of Emergency Management show 345 Bayonne residents are currently COVID positive. 24 of those people are being treated at the Bayonne Medical Center.
The testing at the Bayonne Community Museum is free, open to any Bayonne resident and will be provided by Fusion Diagnostic Laboratories.
Residents being tested only need to provide an email address in order to register online. This will allow them to receive their test results. Pre-registration for testing is recommended. Pre-registration can be done by clicking here.
Testing will be available on the following dates:
- Dec. 19, 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.
- Dec. 22 & Dec. 23 from 2:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
- Dec. 29 & 30 from 2:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
- Jan. 5 & 6 from 2:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
- Jan. 12 & 13 from 2:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
- Jan. 19 & 20 from 2:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
