Bayonne Mom Brings Hope Out of Tragedy

Bayonne resident Pam O’Donnell lost her husband and five-year-old daughter on February 22, 2016, in a horrific car crash caused by a driver speeding and weaving in and out of traffic. In honor of her beloved family, O’Donnell created the nonprofit organization, Catch You Later Foundation, that offers scholarship money to local high school students. Her commitment to bringing awareness to the hazards of distracted driving has her working with several local and state organizations. Mabel Aragon spoke to Pam O’Donnell and Maureen Vogel from the National Safety Council, who shared more about her story and facts everyone should be aware of regarding hazardous behavior on the road.
