A 2019 Nissan Versa, reported stolen out of New York on August 28th, has been recovered in Bayonne. According to Captain Eric Amato, 21-year old Enesin H. Delarosa of Clay Avenue in the Bronx, was taken into custody by Bayonne Police on Thursday morning at 8:53 in the area of West 13th Street.
Amato says officers found Delarosa in possession of the stolen car. During the process of arresting him, police learned Delarosa was also wanted on an outstanding warrant issued by the Ft. Lee Municipal Court.
He has been charged with receiving stolen property and the warrant.
