Census 2020: US Supreme Court Agrees With Trump, Count Ends on Thursday at Midnight

If you have not completed your Census yet, you only have until the end of the day on Thursday to do so.  That’s because the nation’s highest court has ruled on President Trump’s request to suspend the count.  Bayonne Mayor Jimmy Davis today made a final, urgent plea for everyone to complete their Census 2020 form and send it in.

CENSUS 2020:  GET COUNTED BY 11:59 P.M. ON THURSDAY, OCTOBER 15

MESSAGE FROM BAYONNE MAYOR JIMMY DAVIS:

On Tuesday, October 13, the U.S. Supreme Court approved the Trump Administration’s request to suspend the activities of Census 2020, which had been scheduled to continue through the end of this month.  As a result, the Census Bureau has advised the public that their last opportunity to be counted in Census 2020 is on Thursday, October 15, before 11:59 p.m.  I urge any and all Bayonne residents who have not been counted yet in Census 2020 to do so NOW.

You can be counted online by going to my2020census.gov.  You can also be counted by telephone by calling 844-330-2020.  Please get counted before the deadline on the night of Thursday, October 15.  Your participation will help Bayonne get federal financial assistance for the next ten years.

Thanks for supporting Bayonne in Census 2020!
