Distracted Driving Awareness Month Recognized in Bayonne

The City of Bayonne recently recognized Distracted Driving Awareness Month.  Pam O’Donnell, the founder of the Catch You Later Foundation, met with Mayor Jimmy Davis and Police Chief Robert Geisler to promote the annual event.

The Distracted Driving Awareness Month presentation in Bayonne has been one of many events organized by safe driving advocate O’Donnell.  Five years ago, O’Donnell’s husband and daughter died in an automobile crash.  That tragedy has compelled her to speak out before a variety of audiences about the importance of safe driving and the consequences of highway deaths.

She has spoken to audiences at churches, schools, and corporations.
