31-year old Laquan J. Borders of Kelly Parkway in Bayonne has been arrested by Bayonne Police for drug possession.
According to Captain Eric Amato, Borders was taken into custody on Saturday evening at approximately 7:11 in the area of East 1st Street. He faces charges of possession of a synthetic controlled dangerous substance, as well as having 50 grams or less of marijuana in his possession.
