Open Public Meetings Act – This meeting is being held in accordance with the Public Laws of 1975, Chapter 231 and proper notification was issued to the Jersey Journal, Star Ledger and posted on the bulletin board of the Municipal Building and on the official Borough and Board of Education websites. Official action may be taken.

THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF SCHOOL ESTIMATE FOR THE BOROUGH OF EAST NEWARK IS BEING PLANNED AS A VIRTUAL MEETING. NO MEMBERS SHALL BE ATTENDING IN-PERSON AND NO MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC SHALL BE ALLOWED IN THE COUNCIL ROOM ON THE EVENING OF THE MEETING.
