The North Hudson Community Action Corporation has partnered with the Borough of East Newark to provide free, Moderna and Pfizer booster shots on Saturday, November 13. The vaccines will be available at the East Newark Recreation Center, located at 44 Central Avenue.
Boosters will be available between 11 am and 12-noon for those residents aged 65 and older. If you cannot make it during that time slot, you are welcome to stop by before closing.
For those people aged 18-64, you should go to the recreation center between 1 pm and 3 pm.
No appointment is necessary, but proof of East Newark is required. You must wear a mask.
