Bergenline acogerá el desfile del estado hispano de Nueva Jersey el domingo 3 de octubre
The highlight of Hispanic Heritage Month in Hudson County undoubtedly is the annual Hispanic State Parade of New Jersey, which will take place this weekend on Sunday, Oct. 3. Dozens of floats and hundreds of participants in costumes proudly flaunting their country’s colors will join the procession as it makes its way down Bergenline Avenue from 80th Street in North Bergen to 43rd Street in Union City.
Mayors and various elected and municipal officials from surrounding municipalities will take part in this year’s festivities, beginning at approximately 1 p.m.
The Hispanic State Parade of NJ is one of numerous events taking place during Hispanic Heritage Month, which runs from September 15 to October 15.
Parking will be prohibited on Sunday on both sides of Bergenline Avenue from 85th Street south along the parade route. Bergenline Avenue will be closed to traffic from approximately 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. It is advised that vehicles avoid the area if at all possible.
