When Officers arrived, they were approached by the caller. The caller stated he overheard two males arguing and one of the men had a large knife in his hand.  The caller then pointed out the male that was holding the knife. That male was standing in the area of 423 Willow Avenue. Officers approached the male who was identified as John Vogel. Offices approached Vogel and conducted an investigation. Vogel was found to be in possession of two knives. One knife was 14 inches and the other 8 inches. Vogel was also in possession of Pepper Spray Gel 50 grams.

While Vogel was being placed under arrest he stated he was COVID-19 positive, stating he (Vogel) smelled the virus in his stool, so he went to the hospital.
