Officers from the Hoboken Police Department arrested a Union City man who was making terroristic threats toward them following a DWI stop last night. Hoboken Police Chief Ken Ferrante tweeted shortly past 11:30 this morning, that the 48-year old man was pulled over at 9:31 Sunday evening at 100 Marshall Drive.
Chief Ferrante says the driver, who was also charged with reckless driving, made the terroristic threats during processing.
The Chief credited officers Montalvo, Huggins and Arroyo for excellent police work, stating, “Officers got him off the streets before he injured someone or himself.”
