Moroccan Cultural Day Festival Unites Community in Union City

Union City Mayor Brian P. Stack and the Board of Commissioners in conjunction with Moroccan American Women & Kids Association, invited residents of the community to the Moroccan Cultural Day Festival. The event offered live performances, a soccer tournament, and many more activities for the whole family. Awards were handed out to a number of people including the guest of honor, former Moroccan Professional Soccer player and Manager Badou Zaki. The festival celebrated the proud Nation’s culture, and it’s relationship with America. It was free admission for all who attended, with the event located at 1800 Summit Avenue on Saturday..
