Debes ver la televisión: se anunció el calendario del debate Trump-Biden

Clear your calendars.  This will be must see TV.  The Presidential debate schedule has been announced.  There will be three televised debates between President Donald Trump, the Republican nominee, and former Vice President Joe Biden, the Democratic nominee.  Each debate will have on moderator.

The moderators will be Chris Wallace, anchor of Fox News Sunday, Steve Scully, the Senior Executive Producer and Political Editor of C-SPAN and Kristen Welker, NBC News White House Correspondent and Co-Anchor of Weekend TODAY.  The announcement was made earlier today by the Commission on Presidential Debates.

Wallace gets to moderate the first debate on September 29.  The debate will take place in Cleveland, Ohio at Case Western Reserve University and Cleveland Clinic.  Scully will handle the second debate on October 15 at the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts in Miami, Florida.  It will be a town meeting style session with questions posed by south Florida residents.   Welker will wrap up the Presidential debate schedule by moderating the final debate on October 22.  It will take place in Nashville, Tennessee at Belmont University.

As for the Vice-Presidential debate, Susan Page, a print journalist who serves as the Washington Bureau Chief for USA Today, will moderate the affair between Vice President Mike Pence and Democratic nominee, Senator Kamala Harris of California.  The debate will take place on October 7 at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City.
