JERSEY CITY — Security camera video sent to Hudson TV by a reader shows a person picking up a package from the front steps of a home on Randolph Avenue and walking away.
The 17-second clip, labeled “Front Door 2,” carries a camera timestamp of Oct. 15, 2026, from about 1:18 to 1:19 p.m. In it, a person walks up the sidewalk, bends over at the stoop, picks up a package and walks off in the direction of the camera. Hudson TV has not independently confirmed the camera’s clock.

The reader, who identified herself as Sasha, said the home belongs to her brother and that the package was taken shortly after UPS delivered it. She said the family has filed a police report, that packages have been taken from the home repeatedly, and that UPS has not resolved the delivery problem. The video does not show the delivery itself.
Hudson TV has asked the family for the police report number and more details about earlier incidents and their contact with UPS.
Hudson TV has asked UPS for comment, including what the company does when customers report repeated thefts after delivery. This story will be updated with any response.
