Secaucus Police Activity

Blotter 11/02/2020-11/08/2020

1. On 11/04/2020 at 2:39 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 54 year old male, Frank Miller of Secaucus, NJ for Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)].  Mr. Miller was served his complaint summons along with 2 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

1. On 11/04/2020 at 4:45 PM, Secaucus Police responded to Walmart located at 400 Park Plaza Drive on a report of a dispute.  During the investigation, the police arrested a 43 year old male, Khasim Williams of Newark, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of East Orange, NJ in the amount of $1,500.00 with a 10% option.  Mr. Williams was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was released from police custody.

1. On 11/07/2020 at 11:16, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 28 year old male, Matthew Corbo of Jersey City, NJ for Possession with intent to Distribute CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-5b(11)], Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)], Possession with intent to Distribute CDS believed to be Marijuana within 500 feet of a Public Park [2C:35-7.1A] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2].  Mr. Corbo was served his complaint warrant along with 10 motor vehicle summonses and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

These charges are merely accusations and the defendants is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
