Secaucus Police Chief Dennis Miller has released the arrest list for the week of August 2:
Seacacus Police Blotter 08/02/2021-08/08/2021
- On 08/02/2021 at 1:09 PM, in furtherance of an investigation that was conducted by the Secaucus Police Department Detective Division in relation to an anonymous tip the Detective Division received on 07/03/2021 regarding the selling of merchandise with fake brand names through online websites, the police arrested a 36 year old female, Yadira Estevez of Secaucus, NJ for Counterfeiting [2C:21-32C]. Ms. Estevez was served her complaint summons and was released from police custody.
- On 08/05/2021 at 12:51 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 43 year old female, Latosia Baker of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Vineland, NJ in the amount of $751.00, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Deptford, NJ in the amount of $525.00, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of West Deptford, NJ in the amount of $272.00 with a 10% option and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Deptford, NJ in the amount of $154.00 with a 10% option. The Vineland Police Department, along with the Deptford Police Department and West Deptford Police Department did release Ms. Baker on her own recognizance pending future court dates. Ms. Baker was issued 4 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.
- On 08/06/2021 at 12:42 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 22 year old female, Destiny Randall of Newark, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of East Orange, NJ in the amount of $750.00. The East Orange Police Department did release Mr. Randall on his own recognizance pending a future court date. Ms. Randall was issued 1 motor vehicle summons and she was released from police custody.
- On 08/07/2021 at 4:02 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 24 year old female, Ellissa Gundel-Goodson of Houston, Texas for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Brick, NJ in the amount of $500.00. The Brick Police Department did release Ms. Gundel-Goodson on her own recognizance pending a future court date and she was released from police custody.
- On 08/08/2021 at 10:24 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 35 year old male, Jeimidson Castillo of North Bergen, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of North Arlington, NJ in the amount of $250.00. Mr. Castillo was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 1 motor vehicle summons and was released from police custody.
- On 08/08/2021 at 3:19 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the area of Buchmuller Park located at 150 Plaza Centre Road on a report of a male trespassing on the property. During the investigation, the police arrested a 68 year old male, Alfred Viggiano of Secaucus, NJ for Defiant Trespass [2C:18-3B], Resisting Arrest [2C:29-2A(1)] and Resisting Arrest by Flight [2C:29-2A(2)]. Mr. Viggiano was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.
These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
